If you have a heart for communications, media and the arts, and a desire to reach unreached peoples with your life, we want to invite you to join us at Create International Perth. There are many possibilities for partnering with us: use your media skills in missions by joining us as long term staff, get a feel for the ministry by coming on as a short term volunteer, get hands-on experience by doing your internship with us, or use the financial resources that God has given you to support the work of Create International. We believe that God is inviting many people to work together with us to declare His glory to the nations.

Become a Create International Staff Member

Create International is a global ministry of Youth With a Mission, staffed by committed Christians who have completed a Discipleship Training School (DTS). Our staff members come with a variety of backgrounds and skills. Some have already done a degree in media or graphic arts, while others come with a heart for missions and a desire to grow in their media skills.

The first step towards becoming a full-time staff member is to successfully complete a YWAM Discipleship Training School (DTS). Once you have finished your DTS, you may apply for a staff position with us.  Many of our staff first attend another training program called the School of Frontier Media (SFM). The SFM will train and equip you to use media for missions among the unreached.

Create International Perth is hosted by Youth With A Mission Perth.  YWAM Perth runs many DTS's throughout the year, as well as the School of Frontier Media.   

Staff of Create International work in many areas, including video production & editing, photography, art & graphic design, website development, film directing, scriptwriting & research, audio recording, music composition & production, administration, and more.

Volunteer / Internships With Create International

It is possible to volunteer with Create International on a temporary basis. We believe that this could be a very fulfilling time of ministry for you and may help you to discover more about how God is leading you in the future. We also welcome interns who have practicum requirements for university programs. We are very thankful for your desire to serve the vision of Create International.

Create International is a pioneering ministry and each of our staff functions in many different areas of service. In the same way, all who volunteer with us serve in whatever area is needed. There are always new things to learn and experience at Create International and in the YWAM Perth community!

Internships with Create International Perth may work in many different areas, including Music Production, Website Development,Video Editing, Animation, or Illustration. 

Timing for Volunteer Workers or Internships must be discussed in advance and is limited by availability of housing and work opportunities.
